User Agreement

1. Agreement

This User Agreement is a contract between you and ChainxToken governing your use of your account and the Services. It incorporates our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the other policies published on this site.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain one account only, and complete identity verification when requested. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our policies. We may suspend, restrict, or close your account if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of this Agreement or applicable law.

4. Instructions and Transactions

We are entitled to rely on instructions submitted from your authenticated account. Review every transaction carefully before confirming — confirmed digital asset transactions cannot be reversed.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard, subject to the settlement of pending transactions. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute terms) will survive.
