Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for transactions on ChainxToken.

2. Digital Asset Transactions

Completed blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a digital asset transfer, exchange, or swap has been executed and confirmed on the network, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

3. Pending Transactions

Orders or payments that have not yet been executed may be cancelled from your dashboard where cancellation is available. Funds from cancelled orders are returned to your platform balance.

4. Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate payment or an incorrect fee — contact support within 30 days of the transaction. Verified errors will be refunded to your original payment method or platform balance.

5. Processing Times

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
